The residential side is mostly built. The city’s zoning plans for 40,000 to 50,000 residents at build-out, and the 2020 census already counted 38,244. So a home delivery here usually means a house that’s already standing: a remodel, a replacement appliance, new furniture. We come in off I-85 at Exit 61 and take SR 74 south into town, or use Exit 47 and SR 34 from the southwest. It’s about 70 miles from our dock in Buford, roughly an hour and a half on clear roads, but the trip crosses the whole metro, so we don’t count on clear roads.
