Davis Delivery Service, Inc. (“Davis Delivery,” “we,” “us”) sends SMS/text messages related to your shipments and deliveries, including: delivery status updates and estimated arrival times, scheduling confirmations and changes, proof-of-delivery notices, and service or operational updates affecting your deliveries.
1. Consent
By opting in to Davis Delivery text messages — through the sign-up form at davisdelivery.com/sms-opt-in, by checking the optional SMS consent box on one of our website forms, or by providing other written consent — you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Davis Delivery Service at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving delivery services.

Message frequency varies based on your delivery activity.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
4. How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to any message from us. After you text STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling (678) 926-3939.

6. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not share your phone number, SMS consent, or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver these messages.
